Step 2. Unlearn: from release to reimagine & reshape.
August reflections on my formless journey in life, leadership and business, where the next form is still taking shape…
Ok so, I was intending to send this post on Friday night, but time ran away from me - before I was off to see my beloved AFL (Australian Football League) footy team Collingwood play their last game for the season. We won and now head into the finals, where a new form of my team takes shape.
Interestingly, Collingwood’s coach talked about this post game and that the team would reset come this week to then enter finals. It started me thinking that they were entering the formless, subtracting and releasing what no longer served them from the home and away season just been and to reimagine and reshape what is possible as they enter the business end of the season.
It’s been a little while since I last wrote, as I’ve been sitting deep in Step 2. Unlearn of my formless™ methodology. I won’t lie sitting in the unknown, awaiting shape and form to take place and practicing imperfection as well as not forcing things - is not always easy.
But here I am, more aligned than ever to who I am becoming, continuing to be brave, courageous, curious enough to step into the unknown, creative and remain open minded.
A huge thank you to everyone I have connected with through my podcast, your lived experiences in life, leadership and business and the rich insights I am gathering are reinforcing to me that we are all formless at times and forever evolving.
Look out for my final instalment of Step 2: Unlearn this week, where I’ll share how creating space opens the doorway to high flow: where we shine our brightest by being present, acting with purpose, and both feeling and performing at our best from the inside out.
Hope you are having or had fab weekends.
Sending you formless vibes,
💜🐝 Bee.
