Week 8: Step 3. Relearn, Testing, Experimenting & Iterating in High Flow
Intuition-led, soulful, conscious leadership with regenerative performance.
Following on from Week 7, where soul, strategy, and high flow first began to take shape, this next part of Relearn is all about movement.
Not rushing. Not hustling.
But small experiments. Micro shifts.
Testing what’s possible.
Letting feedback with positive intent shape the next step.
This is the phase where presence reconnects to purpose, and purpose begins to inform performance again.
Where the new rhythm you’ve been sensing finally starts to land in the real world.
Where We Are Now: Relearn in Motion
Week 7, opened the door to the return of clarity, coherence, and a newly optimised form beginning to emerge from the formless.
Week 8 is where that new form is created, tested, refined, iterated, and strengthened.
And because it’s nearing the end of the year… capacity is lower, energy is stretched, and clarity matters more than complexity.
So this is Relearn in its lightest, most spacious form.
This is the practical side of Relearn (the part your December nervous system, including mine, can actually hold): where high flow becomes more accessible because you’re no longer trying to get it right.
You’re evolving through both being and doing gently, honestly, and with open-minded, curiosity.
My Own Lived Experience of Recent
I’m very much in this phase myself. December always creeps up and every year, I notice all around: low bandwidth, mental fatigue, depleted dopamine, decision fatigue, pressure to wrap things up.
This is something we need to reshape, because it doesn’t have to be this way.
Since my last post I have been filled with micro testings and implementation across my life, leadership, and business.
New rhythms, new structures, new ways of creating, new conversations, more intuition-led decisions, and small experiments that are showing me what’s working and what still needs continuous adapting.
Some things landed effortlessly.
Some… not so much, but for me, I now see this as a signal to keep reshaping.
And instead of forcing or perfecting (which the old Bee absolutely would have done), I’ve been letting the feedback shape the next move.
Not through pressure.
But through consistent, curious iteration, especially during a season when energy naturally dips.
Relearn moves us from theory to embodiment.
From idea to experiment to awareness to evolution.
From maybe, let’s test it to now I know.
This is the heart and soul of Step 3.
The Relearn Shift: Testing, Iteration & High Flow Momentum
Relearn is the bridge between people, presence, purpose, and performance.
It’s where aligned action takes shape through:
✨ micro experiments
✨ safe-to-fail testing
✨ feedback loops with positive intent
✨ intuition-led and high flow decision-making
✨ evolving through motion, meaning, and mattering
✨ momentum without hustle
Relearning isn’t about rebuilding everything.
It’s about letting aligned structure emerge from lived experience.
There is no sitting still here, not in a forceful way, but in an antifragile way.
Each experiment allows you to bounce forward.
Flow Science + Neuroscience: Why This Phase Works
In Relearn, your brain and body naturally enter a high flow state (where we shine our brightest by feeling and performing at our best).
This creates a window where change becomes easier, lighter, and more sustainable.
Here’s what’s at play, in simple, practical terms:
🧠 Dopamine
Supports traction, focus, motivation, pattern recognition.
Enables new habits to stick with less effort.
🧠 Norepinephrine
Improves alertness and clarity during iteration.
Keeps you engaged without overwhelm.
🧠 Anandamide
Boosts intuition, creativity, adaptability.
Makes it easier to see new possibilities mid-experiment.
🧠 Endorphins
Give stamina, grit, and that effortless effort feeling.
🧠 Serotonin
Rises after high flow, stabilising focus, confidence, and coherence.
Together, these create the conditions for regenerative high performance
where you’re not pushing your way forward… you’re flowing your way forward.
How Relearning in Motion Shows Up Across Life, Leadership & Business
(I have purposely made this an end-of-year friendly, micro-action aligned)
✨ In Life
Relearn here is about testing tiny shifts that reduce pressure and gently restore clarity.
Flow + neuroscience:
Small wins release dopamine without overwhelming your system.
Lower cognitive load reduces cortisol and increases capacity for insight.
Micro Relearn Action:
Choose one 5-minute micro ritual you can sustain until the holidays.
A short walk, a breath reset, a 3-minute reflection, a screen-free pause, simply looking up.
Notice how such a small shift influences your clarity, energy, and mood.
✨ In Leadership
Relearn in leadership now is about testing lighter rhythms that create whole-being spaciousness for your team.
Flow + neuroscience:
Oxytocin rises when pressure reduces, increasing trust.
Norepinephrine supports clear prioritisation when you cut noise.
Micro Relearn Action:
Run a 10-minute “What matters most right now?” reset with your team.
Together choose between now and year-end:
• 1 thing to pause
• 1 thing to simplify or subtract
• 1 thing to finish well
A small but powerful feedback loop, with positive intent that creates clarity without adding more work.
✨ In Business
Relearn in business now is about micro-tests that remove unnecessary load and set the new year up for success.
Flow + neuroscience:
Reducing complexity frees neural bandwidth for deeper insight.
Anandamide supports adaptability as you make light adjustments.
Micro Relearn Action:
Identify one workflow, meeting, or project to streamline between now and when you break for end of the year.
Simplify it, shorten it, or defer it temporarily.
Notice what happens to collective energy, attitude, behaviour, speed, and creativity.
A Practice: Soul & Strategy in Momentum
Reflect on:
✨ What am I being invited to test differently between now and the end of the year?
✨ Where can I run a micro experiment instead of perfecting?
✨ What feedback loop would allow me to evolve in rhythm, not hustle?
Then write:
This week, I’ll relearn by micro testing/experimenting ______ with soul and strategy.
Keep it light.
Keep it illuminated.
Let curiosity, iteration, and high flow lead the way.
Why This Matters
Relearn is the phase that turns clarity into capability.
Presence into purpose.
Purpose into performance.
Performance into regenerative high flow.
This is where we collectively as people, shine our brightest, by feeling and performing at their best.
It’s where Soulful, High Flow Conscious Leadership™ moves from idea to embodiment and whole-being.
This is how we reshape ourselves, our teams, and our businesses from the inside out.
Coming Next:
Week 9: Relearn - Collective Soul and Strategy: Reshaping Teams, Culture, and High Flow Ecosystems (as we move toward the new year).
But for now… don’t for forget give yourself some grace, as you move through the natural rhythm of Relearn and the end of year.
